Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to reach out to you as we are all effected by the fast-moving spread of the COVID-19 corona virus. Many of us work from home or work in shifts and if we must go out, we all take extra care to reduce the chance of spreading the virus. A difficult situation which asks for creativity from all of us.
At New Cosmos – BIE all our staff are in good health working from home, in our office or visiting customers for preventive maintenance activities in close cooperation with our customers. Production, and supply of goods to and from our warehouse still operates in good order with maybe a small delay.
As we like to be in regular contact with you, we are of course available via email or telephone as usual but visiting you other than for preventive maintenance work is not allowed now. Still this does not stop us from having face to face meetings although being remote.
