How often and by whom can maintenance be carried out?
Answer:
As gas detection is a safety device, we recommend maintenance interval of at least twice a year. Depending on the application, the frequency the sensor has been exposed to gas, humidity and temperature may require your gas detector to be maintained more often.
Maintenance should be carried out by skilled people.

New Cosmos – BIE provides training sessions at our office in The Netherlands. These training sessions are aimed to either being able to solve first-line malfunctions and being able to carry out the maintenance yourself. In order to unburden our customers, we have a dedicated department who looks after service contract and service visits.
